LAMB CHOPS WITH OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC
Ingredients
- 6 tblsp Chrisopigi EVOO
- 2 c;loves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 8 lamb rib chops
Instructions
- Turn on grill or bbq. In a shallow dish, combine 4 tablespoons of the oil with the garlic, salt and pepper. Add the lamb and turn to coat.Grill over high heat for approximately 5 minutes, basting with the remaining two tablespoons of oil. Turn and grill for further five minutes.
