- Lemon
- Fresh garlic
- Mixed spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, nutmeg & coriander)
- Parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken for at least 20 minutes, the longer the better.Sear in skillet to create a crispy, golden brown skin before roasting in the oven.Add chopped fresh garlic, lemon juice and more Chrisopigi EVOO and coat to make the chicken bright and vibrant.
